Is SWREG Scam?

YES.

I use this payment processor to accept online payment until November 2011. And in the week of November 22 to November 29 I made $1,216 with some websites that I create for my customers.

But they just give me $783. They don't pay me the difference, SWReg steal me $433 dollars.

Every week, SWReg send me weekly report. I receive his payment report to my email but they just give $783.

I contact them and I ask them about the situation, if there is any problem with the orders but his responses were slow, SWReg answer me in 2 - 4 days with short answers.

Those are his answers through email in my Gmail account, I take screenshots to prove you about the situation. The worst thing is that they don't have telephone numbers. But I found the numbers of Digital River, they're owners of SWReg.

In spite of the good service that I receive from SWReg in 1 - 2 years, the truth is that it's a shame that I need to do this... create a webpage, buy a domain name and rank in Google with the keywords "swreg" and "swreg scam". I can't sue them because I live in Mexico, the reason of this is in order to be careful of this kind of situations, be alert because sometimes it's hard to make money on the Internet or giving an specific service and it's horrible that you loss the money that you make doing a service.

So take my advice, I live this and I really don't wish that you pass for this situation. If you want to use this payment processor to accept online payment, think it twice ... they don't give good customer service, they don't have telephone numbers and you can lose your money.

I know that SWReg wouldn't give me my money, so I make this for you to be careful with this company. Beware with Digital River because they're the owners of SWReg. I think it's better to use other payment processor, but SWREG definitely IS NOT A GOOD OPTION unless you want to loss your profits.
